We provide allowances for site improvements that may be needed to build on your lot. These will be evaluated during a site inspection prior to the contract signing. If you have taken care of these items up front, we will take the site allowances out of the price of the home.

We have a large selection of all the items you will select for your new home from brick, lighting, flooring, roofing, plumbing, cabinets, bath hardware, door knobs, paint colors, shelving and much more. Not to mention our upgrade options 

Assistance in locating land and securing financing for your new home

We will assist you in every way from helping you find the right property to build on to find the right lender and loan program for your mortgage. We have lenders and realtors that we work closely with that will provide you with the service that you need. We also have contacts with several developers in different areas that have lots and property for sale from time to time.     With a Baywind Builders home, everything is complete when we are finished. We include everything from the land clearing and site prep, to the final grading, sod and driveways. We also include the septic tank or sewer tap and water tap fees.  Our standard features and items included in the pricing includes numerous items that are typically not included with other “on your lot” builders. Once you compare quality, standard features and everything that we include, you will find that Baywind Builders is a smart choice for your new home.
